How We Help

Too many homes in Indianapolis sit vacant or distressed while too many hardworking residents struggle to find an affordable place to call home. Our approach is to fill the gap between market-rate housing and traditional affordable housing by giving neglected homes a second chance and helping more working individuals and families access homes affordably.
